I  checked my Merchant Services statement that I just opened. 
I do not have ANY extra charges that you mentioned. 
As I said in my last reply, EVERY time there is an increase or any changes that 
will be made, I have ALWAYS received a notice. There are never any surprises. 
Recently there was a small increase in the percentages, but nothing that would 
total $54. And I was sent a notice beforehand.  
Does your merchant company have to give separate statements to each person who 
has an account with the main machine? 
Since I do not have that type of account-multiple- that may be it. But 
obviously it is not VISA/MC across the board because I do not have that fee. 
For the record, I am using Bank of America Merchant Services.  It used to be 
Discover. 
If you each have a separate account you should receive your own statement and 
you can see the actual breakdown.

Check your credit card charges.  We ALL got hit with an annual $54.00
dollar charge for using Master Card/Visa.  This is on top of all other fees.

We called the company and said it was not them that Master Card/Visa
did this.  They told us that other companies may have a lower annual
fee, but not that much of a difference.

What is even more frustrating, we have 1 machine, but we each have
our own account, and each one of us was hit, 10 of us.

We also have to fill out a questionnaire before Dec. 31st about
security, if we don't we will get hit with a $20 a month charge. We
use Merchants Services (Elavon).

The credit card companies are going after money before the new laws
