Diana, I checked my Merchant Services statement that I just opened. I do not have ANY extra charges that you mentioned. As I said in my last reply, EVERY time there is an increase or any changes that will be made, I have ALWAYS received a notice. There are never any surprises. Recently there was a small increase in the percentages, but nothing that would total $54. And I was sent a notice beforehand. Does your merchant company have to give separate statements to each person who has an account with the main machine? Since I do not have that type of account-multiple- that may be it. But obviously it is not VISA/MC across the board because I do not have that fee. For the record, I am using Bank of America Merchant Services. It used to be Discover.
