Hi I perform a wet or dry ped. Just make sure the toes are dry before applying anything if you do a wet ped. Prep toes as you would for gels...use your primer, then i brush on a base layer of gel or bonding layer whichever comes with your system. While its still wet sprinkle on your mix of glitter. Yes all over and make a mess lol , tap the toes to make sure the glitter falls in to every corner. Place a paper towel or something under the feet to catch the glitter so as not to waste any. Then cure the toes, dust off any excess carefully and apply 1 or 2 coats of a top coat gel and cure in between. When you wipe with alcohol it cleans off the excess glitter on the skin. I usually check for rough spots and make sure my edges aren't stuck and then massage with cream. I hope I answered all your questions.. Meryl
