Thanks Michelle, I am always looking for ways to make the white fills easier
and faster. I am slow at p/w. I will get one of those and try it on a p/w ac
with gel topcoat!  I love this list! I learn so much here.

Here is what I did...

Filled the nails or toes like usual with Axxium gel. On the last coat of gel, I
used a dry foam buffer to smooth it of big file ridges. I applied the white
with the nail art pen to all ten nails. I put a second coat on all ten nails
because I didn't think it was white enough. I used an unused acrylic brush
dipped in acetone to clean up the smile line. Then I sealed in with top gel and
cured.

I'm sure you could use a gel lacquer over it, just like the top gel. Once it's
dry, it seems to stay put. I did use it OVER a gel lacquer and under the top
gel on some toes I did, and it worked great.

I have not used it on natural nails yet, although I intend to, and I used it on
natural toes and it ROCKED!!! Those little bitty smile lines can be a pain and
this is perfect! I don't know that I will ever use polish or white gel polish
again! The only thing I have to say is.... it keeps you honest about capping
the free edge. You need to cap it with the white and make sure you cap it with
whatever you top with or it will wear off the ends as soon as it's washed!!
Learned THAT the hard way... LOL....

Anyway, have fun... it took me a minute but it is way worth it. Again, there
are pics on my fb page... :)

Really? I will have to try that. Can you put gel colors over that? Like a light
french pink? Can you use a gel topcoat? Do you use it on natural nails too?

Just recently, Elaine from Star Nail turned me on to using the Cina Nail Art
Pen in white to do my french and I am SOLD!!!! It goes on like a pen and you
can clean it up with a brush and acetone to make a perfect french... it goes on
really well and is super thin, even when doing 2 coats! I have pics on my
facebook of my first couple attempts for those who want to see... can be used
for polish or with gel...
Fairly inexpensive, purchased at Sally's!!! :) Thanks again, Elaine!!!

Subject: NailTech:: Brush on white gel?

Good morning!
I'm looking for a brush on white gel similar to one that Brisa used to
make (and maybe still does?) - since I've gotten into these gels again
I'm looking for a way to offer a "no chip" french mani but I don't
want a "pot" of white, and want it to be thinner and very opaque..

Or suggestions on how you're doing these types of french mani's on
hands and feet (if you have a different way) would be appreciated!

I have a feeling I'm asking questions that have been discussed
already, so I'm sorry!

Thanks everyone, for being so helpful!
