Yep and it works with just about every one I've tried. Give it a whirl. I 
haven't tried opi or star yet but I would bet it works!

I have had NO shrinkage with OPI or Nailite or NSI.

To prevent shrinkage with SOG colors, do your base of clear SOG, cure, then
remove the tacky layer, now apply your SOG color to this surface.  You will
not have any shrinking and it will cure just fine :o)
