Yes. But it has nothing to do with JUST the business. This pertains to ANYTHING purchased over the internet. So if you bought something from Amazon for Christmas and were not charged YOUR states' tax, you owe it. It sucks! I would rather pay it up front and let the retailer deal with the tax stuff.
