Interesting. I don't accomodate these types. I'm sorry to sound like the Nail Nazi but I decide how long my services take, not my clients. I need an hour for quality service and I don't do well with being rushed. I'd prefer they find another tech than to allow my work to be less than what I prefer. An hour allows me time to work with less stress on my back and shoulder, etc - yes, often I finish early, but I always tell them to allow an hour.
By the way, I've never lost a client do to these policies. 20 years in the biz - most clients have been with me the whole time, I must be doing something right.
