I'm not a rep but have had Shellac on my 9 year old daughter for a week now and 
trust me, if it could be scraped off, she'd have it all off by now. 
Unfortunately it sounds to me like she's trying to boost opinions of her 
products. Someone said they got the info on CND's site that it can be used on 
gel and acrylic. Not sure why CND would say you could do that if it doesn't 
work.
