It is in times like these that we must remember all the great clients that we
have who shower us with compliments and send all their friends to us because
they think that we are the best.

Just 2 weeks ago I had a client tell me that the quality of my work has goon
down in the last year and that she hasn't gotten a compliment on her nails in a
year. Not true, the client after her on her last appointment complimented her
nails in front of me, even got the same color SOG.

The unhappy client wrote me a nasty letter telling me how bad my work has
gotten. In the mean time, I have gained about 8 new clients, all referrals from
highly satisfied clients.

Smile real big and remember all the clients who love you and forget about the
ones who can't see how great you are.

First let me say Happy Mom's Day to those of you who have children, pets, or if
you made someone a mom!!

Well--here we go--
* the one client who had me remove her sog to "see how her nails do" has not
rescheduled. Her daughter, however has been back. Mother sees the Shellac on
Action News and tells daughter they should look into that stuff. Okay-whatever.
Daughter so far is continuing with me. SO FAR.

* the one who called and said it was thinning her nails came Friday. Her nails
looked great. She said there was a ridge. OMG-- it was 4 weeks of growth. She
said she could not get the product off by soaking and neither could her
mother-in-law. WTH???? See my ***** at the
end. Again- OMG.

*the one who now went 7 weeks wanted "this crap" off her nails NOW. Well NOW
does not work well with me when we demand and even more so when I am working
13-14 hour days with no breaks. Said she has 100 percent acetone but read me
another ingredient off the label. Hmmm--no wonder it is not coming off. *****
again at the end!! OH-- and this one led me to believe she is a stay at home
mom and college student. While looking at a house last weekend, I saw her
delivering the weekly paper!!!! She has to stuff bags and toss papers--digging
in bags. OMG.

* I took pictures of Miss "I HAVE RIDGES"-it was 4 weeks growth!! And they were
not weak at all.
Everyone else is fine, so just not getting these women.

***** this morning I soaked off both my thumbs of Axxium SOG. Took less than
ten minutes. I did have to "flake" it off, but a light file was all I had near
me at the time. Yes, it is Mother's Day and I was too lazy to walk up the steps
for an orange stick!!
Would have easily come off with the stick. I picked off a pinky last night.
There is NO damage whatsoever on any of my nails. WTH is wrong with these
people? Why do they have to lie about what this is doing to their nails?
The SOG saga continues.
Buenos dias,
Lynnette
