WOW!! there are still a lot of ignorant people out there. They either just don't know any better or refuse to hear. I could not bring myself not to post a comment so for better or worse my two cents is out there. These replies just confirm how important it is for us all to be united when it comes to educating our clients, not just about the products we use but the process, their nails, and their care. We are more than the products we choose to use, we are educated professionals that can change the face of the industry with professionalism, integrity, and one principled service at a time.

This really gives us insight to how the public interprets what we do and how we do things. It makes me stop and think about all the things I quickly judge and think I know what I am talking about when I don't know at all. We should all think about what people are saying and let that help us in the way we market and educate the public. People really get mad that you have to do this service in a salon and (we) just want their money. Well ya, I want their money but I want to honestly earn it. Some people will never become a client, but what about their friends and family that they say this stuff to. It just makes me stop and think about how our industry could be soooo much more busier and productive if the public had more positve feedback then all these false facts and of course so many nss techs out there. I think we will always have to fight this battle.
