The only thing I can tell you Diana is that you are not alone!!! My e-file blew up and I had no back up!! Went through the same thing! Had to call Bruce and have a new one shipped as fast as he could get it to me!!!! My hand hurt, my arms hurt, my clients applauded when the new one was sitting on my station!! I feel your pain!!

A normal human being and nail tech with half of a brain would have done this. But air head diana had the OTHER handpiece at home, in a box ready to be shipped out for repairs, and just didn't get around doing it..........yea right......AIRHEAD.!!! Gawd, I hate hand filing,,,,my hand hurts, I cut two clients, I am such a loser. Thank Gawd, a stylist bought a super cheap efile at the chicago show for home use. She brought it in and saved my hands and my clients hands.......It sounds like a train off its tracks, and vibrates so bad, but better than my hands........
