I use the Flowery Purifiles and have always been able to get them at the Asian supply stores. However, I have not bought any within the last six months so the prices may have gone up. Last pack I bought was less than $8. Can't remember how many in a pack, though. Still pricey but I really like the files and because you can clean/disinfect/reuse them. To me, that's cost effective.
