Hi Terri!
If you used the eco top coat, you can use polish remover to remove
it, or acetone, quickly. You do not want to start the process of
breaking down the gel polish under there. You have the rest of it all correct.
I will also add that tonight I finally made the samples of the gels I
promised to do. Time just got way from me. I have to take the
pictures now, then I will post them, hopefully before Monday.
