I can sympathize with your experience. The email I sent to Nail Harmony on their website (I think it was the link for info@) got kicked back to me as undeliverable. I posted a message on FB and Tiffany got back to me, but by then I'd already called their phone number to see about getting a Gelish color chart/price list sent to me. I'm still waiting...it's only been less than a week, but I'm anxious!
