Holly, May ask why aren't the base and top coats available? Is it because too many nail techs are using the products or any other reason? The colors are easier to get, try calling Peels, State, Aerial, etc the local type distributors. Base and top sadly I can't find, have done a lot of hunting hoping to tell everyone where to find it. For example a layer of Fedora followed by a layer of Tutti Frutti makes a bright purple! Here are some combos gathered from CND EA's to get you started (20 typed up by Gina Cella!), now let your imagination loose :o) CND Shellac Combos Please note: Make sure to properly prep the nails with a manicure using Cuticle Away and ScrubFresh.
