Michelle... If you paint the BACK of the colorpops tip you do not need topcoat (I don't use base on them either) they come out real shiny because of the clear plastic. OOH...I am thinking tho..HOW do you do a color combo from the back?? Do we polish the 2nd color first then the 1st color second... OMG I am confused now...LMAO!!
