A couple of questions for you all, Can you put gel pen artwork under the final uv top coat? Also, the opposite. How well do gel pens stick to the cured uv top coat and then adding a regular top coat? Would your answers be any different with acrylic paint? Anyone have a "no fail" way to bring gel pens back to life once they quit working??? Thanks Bunches!!!! Della West Side Indy
