Angie, The chemical make up of Hard gels and Soft gels is different. Christina Jahn, one of my co-workers is allergic to everything too. Can't wear any of our Hard gels. She is able to wear Soak Off Gels. I've used her as a guinea pig to try other brands as well as Eco, and no allergies.
Try a "one finger" test on your client. If she does ok with that, then try it on all of them. My advice though, never use dull or old bulbs ...or short the curing time on her.
