Holly was kind enough to email me that Fedora is a chocolate brown. I am not sure that this one is close to it...but in the new 8 piece color collection "Jet Setter" we have "toupie italian" VERY similar to "You Don't Know Jacques" by OPI. You may recognize some of the other colors in the kit as well..... *whistles and giggles*...
