actually it was learned in conjunction with taking off stubborn polish. you would do all the cotton "pledgets" and then let them sit for a moment before you scrubbed the polish off with one. i tried to do it with the onle long piece of cotton at first, but i felt like the skin got too much acetone with the way i was trying to do it. personally, id rather file it off, but then whats the point of soak-off gel ;) denise In a message dated 11/8/2010 3:04:25 P.M.
