Hello Everyone....a number of months ago I had asked about curing regular ole nail polish in a gel lamp. All of the posts were very informative and made sense. I had to share this. I met a woman who actually brings her OPI polish with her and they cure it in a gel lamp. I told her no way! when she went and had her nails done two weeks ago, she took note of the steps and the product.
glue/dip fill no base coat for this particular color - 3 coats of polish IBD Ultra Seal (she described the bottle to me and I showed her the product for confirmation), let set for a minute or two gel in a silver pot - no label, cure in a 5 finger lamp for about 2 min. Unfortunately, she did take a picture of the pot, but deleted it by accident. She is going next week, so she plans on attempting this again. Just wanted to share. if anyone happens to tests this theory out, let me know the outcome. As soon as I see a picture of the silver gel pot, I'm going to try and decipher the manufacturer and do a test myself. ~Debi Longo~ Love Simply. Love Generously. Care Deeply.
