We've had them in Star for years...Prismatix Collection.  You can buy the
open stock white.  There is a trick to working with opaque powders with
glitter.  If you just put them on like normal you get opaque powder covering
the glitter.  The key is to get it in place, rinse off your brush in the
monomer and wipe off the excess monomer from your brush.  Then, brush over
the white like you're cleaning it.  You'll pull any thin powder off that is
on top of a speck of glitter.  You have to do this while it is still soft
and setting up.

The difference is amazing.  Night and Day.
