Ok Ladies - I've heard nothing but raves about this top coat...so, I thought I would give it a whirl. What's the trick? 6 minutes under a 36watt UV light, still left it kind of tacky. I put it over an OPI color, so nothing really tricky. Am I suppose to wait a couple of minutes before I apply the top coat? What gives? Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!!
