Axxium is not thicker. IMHO it is thinner ... But.... You do not know what was
done to her nails or who told her what. That's the problem, even reputable
salons who have manicurists who have not keep up their education give out the
wrong information or apply the product improperly. I got a Shellac client who's
product was applied so thick that I cannot believe that it was not peeling. She
liked the way her nails looked much better when I did them much thinner
translation: the right way.

Also some things are up to interpretation. I had a client call and ask where I
was located, I said in Creve Coeur at Olive and Old Olive, she said that she
was looking for a salon in Creve Coeur. Huh? I am in Creve Coeur, I say. She
says, oh I meant closer to Ballas and Olive. Again, huh? Old Olive is 2 miles
east of Ballas down Olive I say. She says, I was looking for someplace closer.
Huh? 2 miles? Whatever.
