You mean "dip?"
 
this sounds like a "tip and dip" method-- like Backscratcher's Extreme. It's a 
brush on resin (nail glue) then dipped in acrylic powder, or with powder 
sprinkled over the resin.

what is this type of product? a client was asking me about a deep in
type of nails and i have no idea where or who sell them? what company
made it? it is about a deep in a natural nail on a liquid then on a
powder, then tech will clean up the extra powder the is left on the
side of the nails with a nail brush,
