Hello All.

Remember, when dealing with contracts, everything on the contract can be
negotiated.

I have done Groupon. I can not discuss the particulars because I agreed not to
in my contract ( smile). However, we did come to an agreement on my
percentage, credit cards fees.

Remember, contracts are mutually beneficial documents.

I had a great response with my coupon. I have a restriction that no shows
forfeiture their coupon. Also, they all tipped 15 to 20% , some are getting
pedicures and some have already booked next appointments.

The work starts when they get the first appointment. I educate them, give them
suggestions on what they can do to improve their nail condition and sell them
retail items.

They appreciate the fact that (1) I am not a discount salon and (2) I educate
them.

Overall, I have had a good experience with Groupon.
