We are just bottle graphics away from releasing our UV Gel Topcoat. It works over everything I have tested it with. Even Crackle! I read some complaints a few weeks ago about how the finished look of crackle looks like hell. We are going to propose a kit to Cosmoprof that will have crackle (two or three colors) and my uv gel topcoat.
Watch my Facebook. One of the girls did her own nails at home. We did a crackle before and then put it over and did an after. I'll upload it today. It also made her nails last a couple of weeks. Anyway...yes ours is going to be ok over polish. Just have to give it a little bit of drying time before you apply. Like ten minutes. So the polish can set up and grab the nail.
