Have you already seen this video on mix ratio?

Also, there are new tools coming available in the Master Architect class that
would help with the C curve issue:

Subject: NailTech:: tammy taylor to CND acrylic techs... help...
To: [email protected]

Ok... so... I have used TT since 1997. (I was a TT educator from 1998 to
2000). In 2005, I switched to CND and became a Grand Master because I was sick
of the production inconsistancies with TT. They fixed it, and I went back to TT
in 2009. The salon I am now working at is a CND salon, and this time I am
having a hard time making the switch. For one, the Performance Forms are
kicking my butt... I am used to the 3 shapes of Competitive Edge forms from TT.
And secondly, I am having a hard time pulling a big enough ball of white for
sculpting the free edge. (I am using a #8 sculptor brush.) This is really
frustrating because I didn't have these problems before and I am using the same
powder and liquid EXCEPT I used a deep ceramic dish for my liquid when I used
CND before and now I am using the little metal CND dappen dish. Arg. Lastly, I
know my mix ratio isn't right. It is working, but it is waaaaay too much work
so I know I am just missing something. I have watched every video available to
me. I have done the mix ratio sheet thingie you get with the CND kit. I used TT
original and A+ liquid, and now I am using Retention+ and Perfect Color
powders. Also, CND says not to squeeze a C-curve, but I feel like I am not
getting a good enough C-curve with these bleepin forms without squeezing.
HELP!!!!!

So.... does anyone have any advice for me on making the transition? Has anyone
done it and has tips for me? My full sets were at an hour with TT, and I am
struggling for an hour and a half now doing nails that I don't think are good
enough and I am frustrated as hell. You can email me privately or post... I
appreciate any input... Pleeeeeeeease!!! Thanks!
