That's so funny Simmy because everyone on the UK Salongeek site has been
very vocal lately about how ugly they are and that they would never do them.


 

I had a client last week who had them done in Jersey and wanted to know if I
did them.   First request for them ever, here.  I'm thinking about it ;)

Actually they started in Europe. They were really popular in england in 1995
when I lived there.

fanning out at the free edge. They look like duck bills or shovels. 
No matter what, IMHO, they are freaking fugly!
