Pati, Now those are much prettier than the duck/shovels. The lipstick have a severe tapering. Very flattering. As for where it started, I remember those nails being done at all the chop shops long, long before it became a style... I think I saw a pix of those lipstick nails in one of the mags out on someones FB. I will see if I can find it for you, Pati.
