ahh it took me a minute to understand you here but I think I do now. You are concerned about when people buy the gift cards..how do you divvy the services up? (They would be "rung up" under the tech that would be doing the services...that much I can answer!) Well maybe aside from each tech's own clients (and that client's referrals would go to their respective tech) Could you keep a tally somewhere of which tech got what and then just do one for me, one for her, one for the other tech... and so on... you could have it on the reception desk and it could be a real simple chart....
