Debbie, I use Business Calendar and it has an option for daily. Then I choose
how many days I need, 14 for 2 weeks ect... I also have calengoo and I think it
has the same option.

I tried calengoo.  I ran into a problem scheduling my standings every 2 weeks.
For some reason the program would plug them in every 2 weeks for a while, but
then when there would be an extra week (as in a 5th day within the month) it
would skip that and resume the next month on say, the 2nd and 4th instead of
every other.  I got so frustrated I gave up and am still with my tried and true
book.  But oh I wish I could switch RELIABLY to electronic.

I dowloaded calengoo.  It seems easy enough to use.....my only hesitation in
switching everything over to that is that I don't see an option to record the
$$$$$.  Right now, I record what the client paid me, in my appointment book
beside their name for that appointment.  Then I just total up each day, then
week, etc.  I've done this for years and old habits are going to hard to shake.

Otherwise, calengoo looks pretty easy to use.

There MUST be an easier way!  I keep a Mead Appt. book to schedule clients
appointments.  Every 6 months, I sit down and count out each clients schedule.
So... Cindy comes every 3 weeks, Fridays at 1:30.  Millie comes every 2 weeks ,
Tuesdays at 9:30  etc.  Times 60 clients!  Isn't there a way to just plug this
basic info into a program and have the program print out their schedule?  Then
I can transfer it into my appt. book, and the process is DONE!  Right now I
count out the weeks for each client, writing down the days on an appt card for
each client.  Then I go thru the appt. book and transfer the card information
into the appt. book.  IS THERE AN EASIER WAY!?  Please say YES!
