Doug talked quite a bit about over curing and under curing (the causes, risks, etc). I found that very interesting. Then he talked about uv lights, and why you should use brand specific ones…..that made sense too. He went through a lot of the recent studies on the safety of uv lights. He also talked about white spots on the nails. There was more, but those were my highlights. Happy to share what I learned if any of that interests you.
