This concept is very popular in Dallas/Fort Worth. The one I am in charges
me $150 per week for the smallest room which is 75 square feet. (7.5" x
10"). The larger rooms are much more...I think there is a large suite for
which they are askin $375/week. The amenities include public restrooms, a
break room with fridge and microwave, seating in two different waiting
areas, free WiFi (If you get here early and get online because there are
only so many slots availble) free flat screen television and cable service.
Utilites are included (electric, water, sewer, garbage). There is a credit
card processor you can use if you pay the fee (5%?) The common areas are
supposed to be swept and mopped (this is not done as well as it could be).
There is a concierge at the front desk most of the time to greet people, but
she does not do booking. Your room will come with the TV and a sink of your
choice...and there is equipment available to rent if you like. You are
responsible for the interior décor and painting...and cleaning. It's sort of
like having a shop in a mall. I really am liking it! If there's
drama....simply shut your door! lol

Yes the owner has built and franchised over 4 salons in Las Vegas, 5 in Utah
and 2 in California... There are 1 air controls per 4 rooms, owner supplies
washer/dryer refrigerator in kitchen area along with microwave, the entire

furniture security doors are provided...I am grand fathered in as I was the
only and first person to take a chance on this concept over 3 years ago and
only pay $175 for a room that would rent for $225 per week the room sizes
and rent vary starting at $200 to $400 per week...no upfront fees and 1 week
free prior to move in to design your room, utilities are included, you clean
your own room bug service provided except in each room extra 10$ fee. rent
is automatically pulled from your acct and you supply your own towels and
cleaning supplies. The owners not on property and everyone gets along and
works very well with each other.
