Yes..it's polish...they're calling it power polish....you have to use the top coat that goes with it. It air dries in 8 1/2 minutes and is suppose to last one week. If it works like it should, I'll be all over it!!! I've ordered a few colors to try. I have many natural nail clients who really can't stand soaking off in acetone. This will be a better solution. I'm going to charge $5 more than a basic mani. The product is actually the same price as most lacquers but I'm going to promote it as a specialty.
