I have heard about this for a couple of years now. But CVS is now
going to ID those who buy polish remover. (link below)
So if you have a co-worker who you see buying excess polish remover
and/or acetone maybe they are doing more than removing polish.
Or a "friend" who asks you to buy a gallon for "at home use", you
should be aware.
I know in this state, that you are only allowed so much cold medicine
etc. Law enforcement must have an "average user amount" that will
not be red flagged.
So I see in the future, maybe in some states now, that they will keep
track (our suppliers), of how much polish remover/acetone we buy for
our business. So how would they get an average user amount for
us? Who would make this decision? How many clients? How many
polish vs gel clients? How many employed at a salon? Does your
salon buy your products? Are you a booth renter? mind boggling.
95% of my clients are gel polish users now. I pray that "those who
invent chemical enhancement drugs that kill people who wanna get
high" don't start inventing something that deals with our
gels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! diana from indiana
