I don't think it will take away from Shellac at all. I have just had ok feedback for natural nails with Vinylux. My clients say it doesn't last that much longer than reg polish, and some have had some drying of the nails. BUT I will say for Vinylux on acrylic, I get wonderful feedback. I use it myself on my acrylic and the dry time is fantastic and it holds up on the edges so much better than regular polish. I love it!
