It's a combination of sun, water, and sunscreen. The pinks are susceptible to pigment loss. To avoid it clients need to keep sunscreen off the nails and be diligent about applying Solar Oil before putting on sunscreen or going in the water to block both from getting into the color and nails. I usually have clients do Rockstar if they want to go pink for vaca.
