What I'm saying is the high-level folks on the list (many of which I've come to 
trust over the years) need to stop saying it if it's not allowed, but this is 
not the list for that.  

I will probably send something to the main list as soon as I can think of a way 
to present it so a religious/flame/etc fest doesn't occur, but all the folks at 
my level don't spend too much time thinking about how to assure everyone gets a 
/48 and, at the same time, only have one entry in the BGP tables in the future. 
 I spent way too much time on that trying to assure I'm being a good netizen.
