This list is community moderated. We all are in a position to ask the NANOG staff moderator to do something when someone repeatedly violates the list rules. People are trying to be nice about it before resorting to that step. HE made a business decision about the services they do (and do not) provide. Anyone is of course free to talk to them directly to work out other arrangements. Your request to them is perfectly fine, there's just no need to CC this mailing list with it.
