Hard to report an outage to the Outages list when it’s dead… Anyway, the Outages list is dead at the moment. And likely all the lists hosted at puck.nether.net <http://puck.nether.net/>.
Additionally, the primary web site for the NTP Pool, run by Bjorn Ask, is down.
