so packetviz occasionally tells me that a roa has been created or deleted for prefix 2001:470:3f7::/48 pointing to one of our ASs, 4128. that ip space has published roas for all sorts of ASs over time. i figure it is one of those strange research folk doing some sort of rpki experiment. and i have no problem with them pointing to our AS.
