Perhaps to Saku's point, we have also updated some of our language to indicate dual-stack is no longer wanted. In some of the recent procurements we have issued, we say things like the solution must work with IPv6 in the absence of IPv4. That catches a variety of corner cases, mostly of poor IPv6 QA.
