Hello!

Today I noticed various connection attempts from 2001:4188:2::/48 on my
TOR relay, but all replies got back a route unreachable.

When checking https://bgp.tools/prefix/2001:4188:2:600:10:10:34:36
I noticed that this net was not in the table since start of January.

Certain (but not all) of their IPv4 nets are also not propagated
anymore to the public bgp looking glasses.

Is that part of the Iran internet shutdown or is that a non-political
issue?

Sadly, their peers don't have RIPE probes with IPv6, so no way to test
there.
