Columbia, MD is a good rival, and I understand there are similarly dismal places on Long Island.
So all Rouse developed communities I guess make that hit list. Tampa, Jacksonville, and hundreds of other places around the country count in that sort of "feel".
I guess General Growth will be the name on them soon.
