Anyone know how one would get a hold of a Charter.com DNS Administrator? Surely cannot find it on their site. Nobody I have emailed @charter has responded and it's seriously impacting a mutual customers ability to send email back and forth.
I'd surely appreciate having from a Charter contact. Kind regards, Steve
