Any Yahoo Mail engineers or techs on-list that can help an ISP identify the cause of 'Error 999' when accessing mail.yahoo.com (or escalate our current ticket)? I'm in an infinite loop with Tier 1 support (KMM86704582V3563L0KM). I suspect you may be flagging traffic volume from our web filtering proxies.
