But if he didn't fully document his assertion(s), then he would be faced with a plethora of replies decrying the lack of substantiating evidence. Better to lay the case out in detail so that everyone can see the work and so that anyone who cares to can check it for themselves. And -- given Ron's long history of thorough documentation -- there are some of us who are willing to take his word for it and make operational decisions based on what he reports, independent of what ARIN decides to do or not do, or when it decides to do it. ---rsk
