That stupid people do stupid things has no bearing on me. If there is a legal requirement for these people to be "notifying" then they are required to notify. That they chose an assinine and ineffective method of notification does not relieve them of their legal obligations. I do not want to receive robocalls period. End of Line. No Exception. Ever.
