It’s never gonna happen … why would Google, or any other internet property, 
launch something which artificially cuts the potential revenue pool to 
IPv6-ready customers?

A step before that might not cost anything: add IPv6 search ranking boost
and see how fast the SEO hawkers push all content to v6, then it's just
down to those with cgnat realising they can save money by moving to IPv6 too.
