Well, in their API help page there is contact mail. I contacted them few years ago when they were migrating from API v1 to API v2 and got helpfull hints, so might worth to try. (I had to migrate my frontend to new API)
Today, they API is down again.. It seems they have some difficulties in keeping that stuff online. If it wont back online on Monday, I can try to contact them..
